On Thursday, May 18, 2006, at approximately 12:34 am, Tamarki Oates was shot and killed in the rear of 2647 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
