On May 21, 2004 at approximately 3:00 am, Carl McCalla was found shot near #99 Riggs Road, NE. On Saturday, September 11, 2004 McCalla subsequently died from his injuries sustained on May 21, 2004. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
