On Friday, November 12, 2010, at 3:04 am, Keith C. Banks was shot in Fort Circle Park in the 1100 block of Galloway Street, NE. He was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his wounds. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
