On Saturday, June 30, 2007, at approximately 3:20 am, Anthony Carr was shot in the Third Street Tunnel by occupants of a late-model silver or gray Cadillac DeVille with possible Maryland tags starting with the letter “D.” The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Violent Crimes Branch.
