On Tuesday, June 19, 2007, at approximately 10:50 pm, the Metropolitan Police Department was called for the report of gunshots near the 1200 block of 18th Street, NE. When they responded, officers located William Marquez Aull suffering from gunshot wounds to the head. Aull died of his injuries.
This case is being investigated by the Violent Crimes Branch. The Metropolitan Police Department is currently offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
