On Monday, September 28, 2009, at approximately 5:25 pm, Robert Jackson was shot while in the 100 block of 35th Street, SE. On Thursday, October 1, 2009, he died as a result of his wounds. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
