Leeann Turner

Leeann Turner is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) in the Metropolitan Police Department. The CAO serves as an advisor to the Chief of Police and is responsible for a variety of administrative functions such as, budget development, capital planning, financial management, resource allocation, information technology management, quality control and other administrative services to ensure effective departmental performance within various bureaus/offices of MPD.
