On Tuesday, April 16, 1996, at approximately 8:10 pm, Mr. Warren “Big Warren” Smith, Jr. was shot and killed in the area of 7th Street and Florida Avenue, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
