On Saturday, July 30, 2016 at approximately 2:28 am, Mr. Judonne Stephens was shot near the on ramp at Southbound I-295 and Suitland Parkway, SE. He succumbed to his injuries on Sunday, July 31, 2016. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
